Lane Cove

Brendan and Stephanie engaged Calder Flower Architects to design the extension and renovations to their early 1900 bungalow in Lane Cove.

They wanted to modernise the house and extend backwards to make use of the big North-facing yard to accommodate the needs of their young family. Construction Matters were engaged in the latter stages of the design process to work on the project.

We provided input on the costings side of the project and helped ensure the clients met their budget requirements.

Once the design drawings were completed by the architect, Construction Matters carried out the building work successfully to the clients’ and architect’s delight.
