Balmain 2

We were tasked with extending up and out to create a high quality, spacious, modern, user friendly home.

The outdoor space was to be restyled, including a new pool and landscaping.

Heritage restrictions on the existing part of the house required careful, delicate building around the 'old' front section of the building. The owners much preferred restoration over replacement and we were able to retain much of the original detailing. The new section of the house was completed with high quality finishes and features.
