Building or renovating your home can be an exhilarating time. But we know it can also be stressful. It’s why we pride ourselves on delivering excellent communication and a friendly, open working environment to help you enjoy the smoothest possible build from start to finish.
We can provide a complete end-to-end service including plans, council submission documents, budgets and fixed-price contracts prior to lodgement at council so you know what your project will cost from the very beginning. Once your plans are approved we can also provide a certifier and the necessary engineering approvals including your Construction Certificate, as well as your Occupation Certificate on completion.
We can arrange for you to meet with some of the expert architects and interior designers we’ve worked with for many years now. They can guide you through the entire design stage. At the same time we’ll provide accurate costings to ensure your budget requirements are always met. Once your designs are approved, we can then provide a fixed quote for the construction of your project.
Already have an architect or interior designer? We’ll work closely with them when your plans are approved to provide you with an accurate and fully-documented quote based on your final design. You’ll know exactly what is and is not included in our quotation well before construction begins.
Knowledge is power. But it’s also peace of mind. When you choose Construction Matters you’ll enjoy 24/7 access to our secure online project management system. Whether you’re at home, at work, on the road, or on holiday, simply login to track the latest work, communications and documents relating to your project, including regular progress photos, so you can see exactly what’s been done, agreed and costed at any time.
Unlike many builders, we use 3D modelling software to ‘build’ your designs before the real construction commences. This allows us to identify any details that may need to be tweaked so variations are avoided and changes can be made up front with a minimum of expense and site disruption.
