Bondi Junction

Our brief was clear. Demolish the existing house and create two all new, elegant and identical townhouses on the recently subdivided block.

Using innovative construction techniques of timber and Dincel for the walls and floor allowed for a much faster and economical build of this architectural design.

Stylish and unique recycled timber staircases were built, connecting the three levels with a lift installed as an alternative.

Privacy is always important, and in this busy location it was created throughout with custom built screening adding to the overall aesthetics of the buildings.
