This challenging site, sloping steeply to the waterfront, required the removal of over 350 tons of contaminated soil, all whilst keeping mature gums standing. The timeless appeal and classic features of this early 1900’s home were then elegantly restored, and space and light added with a large, contemporary addition. No space was left untouched, with 4 new bathrooms, a new guest studio, kitchen, lounge, study, utilities, bedrooms and family room.
